By accessing or using AdIntel, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service. These terms apply to all users, including agencies, freelancers, and team members.
AdIntel is a SaaS platform that provides agencies and media buyers with a unified dashboard to connect, analyse, and report on paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms including Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn, and DV360.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account. Each account is for a single user — sharing credentials between multiple people is not permitted.
You agree to use AdIntel only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You may not use the service to violate any applicable laws, infringe on intellectual property rights, transmit harmful or malicious content, attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service, or resell or sublicense access to the service without our written consent.
AdIntel connects to third-party advertising platforms via OAuth. We store encrypted access tokens to retrieve your campaign data. Your data is isolated at the workspace level using row-level security. We do not sell your data to third parties. For full details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. All fees are in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise stated. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial periods.
We aim to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice. We are not liable for any downtime caused by third-party platform API changes, outages, or rate limiting.
AdIntel and all associated software, designs, and content are owned by us. You retain ownership of your data. You grant us a limited licence to process your data to provide the service. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without our written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AdIntel is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
